MEET THE CHEF

Chef Eric "Red" White is a Nashville Native and classically trained Chef who has worked for 10 years in the Nashville Restaurant industry; With stints at 1808, Table 3, Pomodoro East, and other restaurants. Chef Red has worked tirelessly to perfect the recipe for his Hot Chicken, making it one of, if not the best, in the city. Chef Red believes that great food does not need to be complex to be delicious. In many cases, the simplest dishes turn out to be the best. That's why the menu at Red's 615 Kitchen is constructed to be simplistic and delicious at the same time.
